Venezillo parvus, commonly called Dwarf Rolies, are compact isopods ideal for small terrariums and as nutritious feeders for juvenile reptiles. These hardy crustaceans thrive in moderately humid environments with plenty of hiding spots and leaf litter. They're detritivores that help maintain clean enclosures by consuming decaying matter. Feed occasionally with vegetables, leaf litter, or specialized isopod diets. Maintain temperatures between 65–75°F for optimal health. Their small size and docile nature make them excellent for bioactive setups or as live food for geckos and other small reptiles. This 12-count starter colony provides a foundation for breeding or direct feeding.
