Leachie geckos (Rhacodactylus leachianus) are the largest living gecko species, native to New Caledonia. These robust, intelligent reptiles require spacious, vertically-oriented enclosures (minimum 40-gallon breeder for adults) with high humidity (60–80%) and moderate temperatures (70–78°F). They're primarily nocturnal and semi-arboreal, spending time both climbing and on the ground. Diet consists of occasional insects (crickets, roaches, dubia) and primarily fruit-based commercial gecko diets; they're less frugivorous than crested geckos but benefit from occasional fruit supplementation. Leachies are solitary and territorial—house them individually. They live 20–40+ years in captivity, making them a long-term commitment.
Piglett is a pure Moro locale female and is fully grown. She is chill, handleable, and lives up to her name when it comes to food. DOB: 12-31-15
